Open Bridge Therapy

Meaningful connection is at the heart of therapy

At Open Bridge, we believe therapy is most meaningful when it is grounded in genuine connection, trust, and collaboration. We create a safe, inclusive, and affirming space where you can feel seen, heard, and understood. We approach therapy as a collaborative process—one rooted in empathy, curiosity, humility, and respect.

I am currently practicing with Inclusive Insight.

A Different Approach to Therapy

Our work is strengths-based and client-centered, making space for the full complexity of who you are, including your identity, relationships, experiences, and hopes for the future. Whether you are working through trauma, exploring identity, navigating relationships, or simply trying to understand yourself more deeply, Open Bridge offers a place to pause, explore, and move forward.

Psychodynamic Work

Open Bridge utilizes a psychodynamic approach — Using insight-oriented psychotherapy to explore the connection between clients’ past experiences and their current mindset. Insight therapy assumes that gaining insight into one’s thoughts and feelings can lead to a better understanding of the root causes of emotional difficulties. By identifying and addressing these underlying issues, clients can develop healthier coping mechanisms and make more informed choices in their lives.

Social Justice Approach

Committed to social justice, Open Bridge is dedicated to supporting the LGBTQ+ community and all individuals navigating the challenges of depression, anxiety, and trauma. As a sex-positive practice, we embrace diverse relationship structures, including non-monogamy and polyamory. Our goal is to create a safe, judgment-free space where clients can explore, heal, and grow, fostering meaningful and lasting change in their lives.
